How is this different than any other fitness provider?
Present Truth Fitness is unlike any other fitness provider in the city for many reasons, We provide an authentic, dynamic, functional fitness program that will help you reach your goals FAST. No two sessions will never be the same.  Customize your training regime with program features including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bootcamps, Circuit Training, MMA Conditioning, Strength & Conditioning and Online Personal Training, you will NEVER plateau or get bored!

What can I expect to achieve?
You get out what you put in! But typically you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming stronger, sculpted, and leaner. On average you will drop 2-6 lbs, 1-2 dress sizes, and 1-3% body fay every month if you train at least 3x per week, while simultaneously maintaining proper nutrition. Our program is strategically designed to firm your butt and thighs, tighten your core, decrease body fat, built muscle tone and increase your confidence!

It’s been awhile, will I be able to keep up?
You can and will do anything you put your mind to. This program is designed for all fitness levels and backgrounds. We have male and female clientele with a very wide range of physical abilities and strengths. If an injury is the case, we will be more than willing to modify the exercises accordingly. If you are new to PT, we highly recommend starting with a FREE consultation.

How often should I train to attain optimal results?
We recommend training 3+ times per week for optimal results.

What if I have an injury?
If it is a serious injury, we strongly suggest that you wait until you are fully recovered before you start to avoid further injury. If it is minor injury and you feel you can participate, be sure to notify the trainer prior to your session so they can modify the exercises to your needs. We may at times request a doctor’s note to ensure you are cleared to participate.

What do I need for my sessions?
Please bring a pair of clean indoor running shoes, proper workout attire, a towel, a yoga mat and the right attitude and enjoy the most rewarding workout of your life!

Do I have to sign up for training ahead of time?
Yes, you must reserve all sessions at least 1 business day before your desired training day, online or via telephone.

What is the Scheduling & Cancellation Policy?
Reservations are mandatory for sessions, which are available for booking up to 1 month in advance. You must sign up for sessions at least 1 day before your desired training date. You must either show up for that session or reschedule no later than 4 hours before the session start time. If you do not show up or cancel your booking 4 hours before session starts, your account will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee.
