8 Laws For Optimal Health & Wellness

There are basic principles which facilitate health and wellness.  Much of what we are told (nutrition-wise) today, is skewed because of corporate interests and simply because our palates are culturally tuned.  Regardless of one’s culture, most could admit that there are foods and practices which they have inherited which are not the most healthy.  These traditions can, at times, result in disease, suffering and eventually death…  But the good news is that we can re-train our palates to adapt to healthier alternatives, which promote overall health and happiness.
